Description
Manager to leader training program for twelve managers to develop individual leadership plans based on results from the Korn Ferry 360 assessment. Over six months, participants attended monthly skills development sessions, practiced leadership tasks, and met with a professional coach for guidance. Accountability groups of three participants also met monthly to support goal progress and goal attainment.
