How long do your programs run?
Because we customize all our programs, it depends on the client's needs. For one-on-one coaching, we commonly begin with an assessment and 12-16 coaching sessions. Some continue on after this for additional support. For group leadership training programs, this varies depending on the client's needs. Many clients begin with a half-day of training each month over a six-month period. In between the group sessions, we schedule individual coaching calls and other engagements to support their leadership development goals.
It depends. With our customized approach to all our programs, we will set up a discovery meeting to learn of your needs, challenges, and goals. This will always drive our program recommendations and the investment needed to reach your goals. Every program we create is designed specifically for each client. We find this allows us to have the greatest impact and we are masters at adding and changing things up along the way as needed to make sure we are always tracking and supporting the ever-changing needs of the business.
The Leadership Bridge was created to model the principles we share with customers. Feedback and accountability are a key part of our successful business. The measurement of success with individual clients is done in many different ways depending on their program. We can use 360 feedback from key stakeholders, and arrange for client and manager feedback midway through the program to check on progress. We repeat this at the end of the engagement. Group Leadership Training involves feedback surveys in between each session that is shared with the lead contact working with The Leadership Bridge. We share all the feedback we receive and know we will benefit for what we need to adjust and adapt to support continued improvement of all our programs.
