All coaching engagements begin with an assessment to gain an understanding of current leadership styles and potential.  We use several proven leadership assessments. Clients can take the assessment at the beginning of the program and along the way to measure changes and growth.  This ensures progress is being made and provides an opportunity to adapt as needed along the way.

Current Assessments

The Energy Leadership Index™ (ELI) is a one-of-a-kind assessment that enables you to understand your perceptions, behaviors, and overall leadership capabilities. This assessment differs from traditional personality assessments. The ELI assessment measures how you make decisions and engage under normal circumstances and how you lead and act under stress. Understanding this increases wareness and allows you to significantly improve your leadership performance.

The EQi 2.0 Emotional Intelligence Assessment is comprised of sixteen components of socio-emotional functioning that play a critical role in your overall effectiveness. This assessment measures potential for performance and is comprised of behaviors that can be altered or changed. Your individual results examine your leadership through four key dimensions: authenticity, coaching, insight and innovation.

The Everything DiSC® assessment is a personal development tool that measures an individual’s tendencies and preferences. It is designed to support an individual’s understanding of their work-related behaviors, the behaviors of others, and how to apply this knowledge in work situations. Six assessment options include:

The 360 Refined™ leadership assessment identifies 22 leadership skills that are divided into two categories: core leadership skills and adaptive leadership skills.
